Statement on Modern Slavery in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 Tech Scaﬀolding (East Anglia) Ltd. is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings, ensuring that modern slavery and human traﬃcking are not present within our operations or supply chains.

Although Tech Scaﬀolding (East Anglia) Ltd. falls below the £36 million turnover threshold requiring a formal modern slavery policy under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily aﬃrm our commitment to this important issue.

1. Supplier & Contractor Relationships: We strive to work with suppliers and contractors who share our values and uphold ethical labour practices.

2. Awareness & Training: Employees are encouraged to remain vigilant for potential risks of modern slavery and to report any concerns promptly.

3. Risk Management: While the company operates on a smaller scale, we assess and mitigate risks within our supply chain to the best of our ability.

We are committed to continuous improvement in this area and will periodically review and update
